We will accept almost all returns for a full refund minus shipping.  It is recommended that you contact us at store@insideflyball.com to let us know that you will be returning your order so that we can ensure that it is returned properly.  We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number so that we can track it in our system to provide you with the best customer service possible.  Also, if you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, email us for personal customer service.  Thank you!
